12 Month Warranty
Every Quipt Site Light is backed by a 12 month warranty against defects.
If your light fails within 12 months of purchase due to a manufacturing fault — not caused by misuse, damage or incorrect installation / maintenance — we'll repair or replace it.
We don't cover labour, removal, or reinstallation costs, even if the product is confirmed defective.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
What's Not Covered
This warranty doesn't apply if:
- The product has been modified
- The product wasn't installed, used, or maintained per the instruction manual — including running it while coiled, bending it tighter than the minimum radius, folding or creasing it, or wrapping it around posts, rails, or other objects
- The product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence
- The fault isn't related to a defect in the Quipt product itself (including third-party modifications)
- The damage happened after the product was in your possession

- Include your order number or proof of purchase, and a photo or description of the issue
- We'll assess it and get back to you with next steps
Don't send a product back without hearing from us first — returns without authorisation won't be accepted.
