30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in original packaging and condition

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Important:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

  • Refunds will not be processed for damaged items returned without protection

Please send us your tracking so that we can track the transit of your item. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to clear the refund.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • A photo of the product

  • A photo of the packaging

Email both images to support@getquipt.com.au to begin a claim or replacement process.
