Shipping
We ship all orders from our warehouse and aim to get your gear out the door fast. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value and delivery address.
WA & NT orders
We ship everywhere in Australia. If you're in WA or NT, freight costs a bit more to get gear out your way — this is calculated automatically at checkout.
Adding more than 10 lights to your order?
Our online store is set up for orders of up to 10 lights. If you need more than that, reach out to us directly and we'll get you sorted with pricing and freight.
Processing & Dispatch (all other times)
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
Once processed, orders are collected by our carriers Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery times:

Metro areas: 3–5 business day

Regional or remote: 5–10 business days
Delays may occur during peak periods or high-volume seasons.
Large Orders
For large or bulky orders requiring pallet/skid delivery, we may deliver to your nearest depot for collection. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you directly.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
Quipt is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged:

Keep the original packaging

Take clear photos of the damage

Email your photos and order number to support@getquipt.com.au
We’ll assist in lodging a claim with the carrier. Once resolved, a replacement will be issued if approved.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checking out.
Quipt is not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost packages where the delivery is marked “delivered” by the carrier

Theft or misplacement after delivery
If you realise you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us ASAP before your order is processed.
Processing & Dispatch (Christmas Period)
Our team will be working reduced hours for Christmas Holidays. All orders will be processed/dispatched within 5 business days (Monday–Friday) from date of order, excluding public holidays.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
